Tessie Sloan has been an active member of the veterinary community since 2009 and joined the Midlothian Veterinary Clinic team in 2012. Since stepping into the role of office manager in 2015, she has been a vital part of keeping the clinic running smoothly with her dedication, compassion, and love for both animals and people.
A lifelong animal lover, Tessie has a special heart for rescue work and frequently fosters dogs with medical needs through partnerships with local rescue groups. She and her husband share their home with a lively pack of five beloved dogs: Bella, an Australian Labradoodle; Lilly, an English Cream Golden Retriever; Teddy, a Golden Mix; Yeti, a Boxer cross with a unique fifth leg; and Noel, a spirited Husky.
Whether she’s coordinating clinic operations or nursing a foster dog back to health, Tessie brings warmth, experience, and a deep sense of purpose to all she does.
